Lorne Cohen
Lorne Cohen joined HUNT Commercial Real Estate in January 2009. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 receiving his Associate Broker in 2007. Lorne specializes in investment properties, sales and leasing. He also has a BA from York University in Toronto Canada.
Lorne is also very familiar with franchising. Before getting into the Real Estate business Lorne owned and operated 2 Dunkin’ Donut franchises in the Syracuse area for 14 years.
Lorne is a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR), New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), and the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors (GSAR) Lorne is also a candidate for his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager).
