Paul L. Roach has over 60 years of experience in real estate which he brings directly to our HUNT clients and family. After doing accounting work for Eagan Real Estate throughout college, he stayed on and received his real estate license in 1953 and has maintained one ever since. Paul’s career has spanned working for Eagan Real Estate, Longley Jones Real Estate, CB Richard Ellis, Christopher Community, and Roach-Perkins Real Estate. He has sold numerous apartment buildings, three parcels of land for retirement communities, and five parcels for over 400 residential lots, and has leased offices to the federal government and warehouse space to General Electric, among others. Paul received his master’s degree from Syracuse University, and has served as an adjunct professor teaching real estate at LeMoyne College, his alma mater. Paul’s favorite aspect of selling real estate is seeing the land he’s sold being developed into office parks, residential areas, apartment houses, and retail centers, as well as commercial buildings being repaired and modernized. The scoop on Paul: Paul enjoys spending time with his family, including his two daughters, one son, and three grandsons. He is an avid reader and loves staying up on current events.
