Steve Fitzmaurice is the Senior Vice President and Director of Operations for HUNT Property Solutions. He brings over 25 years of property management experience; building and leading high-performance teams for hotels and commercial office buildings throughout the Western New York region. Fitzmaurice has overseen large-scale projects up to $28 million and has managed operations of complex facilities up to 1.5 million square feet to reduce costs and improve operational performance. Prior to joining HUNT Property Solutions, Fitzmaurice was Chief Operating Officer at One HSBC Tower in Buffalo, NY. Some highlights of his tenure there included successfully orchestrating the transition of One HSBC Center to new ownership in the largest real estate transaction recorded by Erie County; instituting a marketing campaign that drove leasing by changing the public perception of One HSBC Center; and challenging assessed value of properties, resulting in annual savings of $2.72 million
