Unique All-You-Can-Eat Sushi and Hibachi Concept Opens in Bear Road Plaza
HUNT Commercial Real Estate announced today that it has successfully brokered the lease for Akina Sushi and Hibachi, the newest dining option in North Syracuse. The restaurant is now open at 709 N. Main Street in Bear Road Plaza, occupying the former Key Bank space.
The transaction was negotiated by Steven Reed of HUNT Commercial, who represented the landlord in bringing Akina Sushi and Hibachi to the plaza.
Owned by restaurateur Hong Zheng and partners, Akina introduces an all-you-can-eat dining model with full table service for sushi, hibachi, and other Asian-inspired dishes.
“This model is popular and beloved in many cities,” said Zheng. “We’re excited to offer the North Syracuse community a new place to enjoy freshly prepared sushi rolls and hibachi favorites.”
Lunch pricing is set at $16.99 for adults and $25.00 for dinner, with kids’ pricing also available.
