HUNT Real Estate announces leadership changes designed to strengthen its presence in Central New York and support the continued growth of its commercial real estate services throughout the region.
As HUNT continues to grow its commercial real estate services throughout Central New York, the company has established a dedicated regional commercial division to provide focused leadership, enhanced collaboration, and specialized expertise for clients and sales professionals alike.
Steven Reed has been appointed Vice President and District Manager of the newly established Central New York commercial division while continuing to serve as Branch Director of HUNT Real Estate’s Camillus branch. In this expanded leadership role, Reed will work closely with commercial professionals, support business development initiatives, and help guide the strategic growth of HUNT Commercial throughout the Central New York region. Additionally, Reed will play a pivotal role in the introduction of HUNT Property Solutions in the region, the company’s property management division.
As part of this transition, Megan Shatraw, a HUNT Commercial and HUNT Real Estate sales professional, has been promoted to Branch Director of the HUNT Cicero residential branch. An 11-year veteran of the real estate industry, in her new role, Megan will oversee branch operations while leading the coaching, development, and recruitment of sales professionals, continuing HUNT’s commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the Central New York market.
