July 10, 2018 Balanced Body has leased 1,000 sq. ft. for its retail location at 1391 Hertel Avenue in Buffalo, NY. The location was formerly St. Margaret’s Grammar School. The renovated building is now The Cornelius, a mixed use building with upscale apartments and retail space. HUNT Commercial Real Estate Agent Stephen Fitzmaurice represented Balanced Body in this transaction. Balanced Body was referred to HUNT Commercial from HUNT Real Estate Agent Melissa Colletti of HUNT Real Estate’s Buffalo Metropolitan Branch.Balanced Body has their Headquarters on Transit Road in Williamsville. They are a healthy meal prep service that offer their customers healthy pre-portioned meals and a menu of freshly made meals that rotate weekly. Customers can either pick up preordered meals at their location or have them delivered to their home. “It will be a lifestyle brand store where people can come in and pickup meals they ordered, along with getting sandwiches and salads, kombucha and coffee,” said Balanced Body CEO Ashley Draper.
