Ronald (known as Gunner to friends and clients alike) is a Real Estate Broker Associate, CEA, and has been affiliated with HUNT Commercial Real Estate since July of 2019. HUNT is a company he has long admired for both its innovation and success in the industry. 2022 HUNT Commercial Sales Professional of the Year – 1st Place Gunner is a specialist in all aspects of commercial investment property, such as the sale and acquisition of office, apartment, industrial and retail buildings, while also working as a site selection broker for local and national companies looking to build projects to suit tenants or on spec. Once leased, he can sell any of these properties as investments, also a specialty in conjunction with property value analysis, leasing, and funding help. Gunner strives to create a successful lasting portfolio for his clients. With 36 years as a Commercial Agent and 30 years as a Broker Associate, he has negotiated many transactions and witnessed many market changes. He has always been able to find the area of real estate or type of property that will be in demand in the marketplace. Gunner loves what he does and is always looking forward to the next project and opportunity. His clients include private investors, office & industrial park developers, banks, and franchise operators & business owners. Gunner also seeks out land sites for the development of hotels, apartments, residential & office buildings, retail plazas, and more. Gunner is a charter member of the local chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR)and served as its president for 2019.
