Kaitlin Lafferty is a Commercial Real Estate Salesperson with HUNT Commercial, serving clients throughout Western New York. Prior to joining HUNT Commercial, she served nine years as an Aviation Officer in the U.S. Army, where she developed the leadership, discipline, and strategic decision-making skills that continue to guide her approach to serving clients.
Kaitlin earned both her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the University at Buffalo. Her experience includes working alongside developers, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, and private investors on projects ranging from adaptive reuse and mixed-use developments to commercial leasing and investment transactions.
