With a career marked by strategic growth and a deep dedication to Buffalo’s evolving real estate landscape, Sean Oliver brings over a decade of expertise in business development, sales, and commercial real estate to HUNT Commercial. Starting in the tech industry, Sean developed his skills in business development and sales. Driven by his long-standing interest in real estate’s dynamic nature and its constant adaptation to global changes, he pivoted to real estate, earning a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University at Buffalo. During his studies, he worked alongside prominent developers, gaining hands-on experience and deepening his industry insight. After completing his degree, Sean led enterprise sales for Industrious, a leading flexible office solutions provider, where he focused on custom solutions for large occupiers. In 2022, he returned to Buffalo and joined HUNT Commercial, transitioning to brokerage and management services, and currently leads Hunt Property Solutions, with a focus on expanding the company’s property management business. Sean’s favorite part of working with HUNT Commercial is contributing to the long-standing success of the Hunt family legacy in Buffalo and beyond. He credits the company’s dedication to team and infrastructure as key drivers in shaping not only real estate, but the community at large. Outside of work, Sean serves as a board member for Explore Buffalo, and he enjoys golf, exploring the city he calls home, and spending quality time with his two children.
