An integral member of HUNT Commercial, Stephen has been in the residential and commercial real estate business for 20 years, representing buyers and sellers from the boom of the 2000s and through the “Great Depression” in the 2010s.

Prior to his career in the real estate industry, Stephen received his BA from SUNY Geneseo, and was in the music business as the Director of Sales for Sony Music. Once he became involved in commercial and residential real estate, Stephen achieved many career highlights, including the following:

  • Brought Mavis Discount Tire to the Capital Region
  • Negotiated the Amazon Distribution Center project, the 2nd largest warehouse in the country in Liverpool
  • Sold Koolakian’s, one of the oldest and most historic buildings in Syracuse located at Hanover Square
  • Developed 413 S Warren St in Downtown Syracuse into 4 residential units and a restaurant
  • Represented Meyer’s RV in finding a new location in Clifton Park NY, a multi-million high profile multi-year deal as part of their expansion to the East.
  • Represented Licari Foods to find a truck terminal with only a month timeframe after they bought Deli-Boy
  • Helped real estate investors grow from their first to 30+ units in two years, building million-dollar net worth

Stephen is a developer and investor himself, with a dozen units of residential and commercial spaces, which provides him unique insight as a real estate professional. Additionally, as part of the HUNT Commercial team, Stephen considers the marketing, the brokers, and the assistance at the company to be the best he’s ever worked with, and an invaluable asset in helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.

The scoop on Stephen: He ran the golf course his family owned in Liverpool, which was eventually sold to Amazon. Stephen is still an avid golfer – even though he has to pay now!
