Steven began his real estate career in 2013 with HUNT Real Estate and joined HUNT Commercial in 2017. Over the years, he has built a diverse portfolio that includes commercial and industrial sales, leases, redevelopment projects, and overseeing operations in the Camillus and Cicero branches. Steven’s thoughtful, client-focused approach – taking the time to understand his clients’ unique needs and developing tailored action plans – has resulted in consistent success and high levels of client satisfaction.
During his tenure with HUNT Commercial, Steven has had the privilege of representing local, national, and international clients, including Cornilleau America, Motivate International, Syracuse Stage, and BlackKnights.
Before entering the real estate industry, Steven served as Vice President of Client Support and Services for Tickets.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MLB Advanced Media. In this role, he was responsible for Client Support, Technical Services, and Sales Engineering for North America and EMEA, in addition to managing multiple real estate assets, lease negotiations, and property management for several locations across the United States. This experience honed his skills in property oversight and prepared him for his transition into the commercial real estate field. After wrapping up his long-term career with Tickets.com, which often had him living on the road, Steven decided it was time to settle down and work in his local community.
Steven’s favorite aspects of working at HUNT Commercial include the opportunity to chart new paths and collaborate with the leadership team to grow the business. He is excited about the continued growth of HUNT Commercial in the Central New York market and positioning the company as a leading industry presence in the region.
Steven holds the CIREC designation (“Commercial and Investment Real Estate Certified”) and is also a candidate for his CCIM. Outside of work, Steven is an avid skier, hiker, and mountain biker. He has also recently returned to dual-sport motorcycling after a long hiatus!
