Thomas Lockwood received his real estate license in 2001 and has worked as a commercial broker with several local firms as well as his own, utilizing his knowledge of corporate real estate and project management in sales and leasing. Tom’s past experience includes 19 years with the Eastman Kodak Company, the last 13 as Facilities Manager for many buildings, as well as a position as Senior Corporate Real Estate Project Manager for Frontier Communications. An active member of the real estate community, he is a past board member of the Rochester Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors and holds both the Graduate of Realtor Institute and the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designations. Tom looks forward to creating a different real estate landscape with new buildings and businesses, and with assisting owners, tenants, developers, and dreamers achieve their goals.
