Domenico “Nick” Giammusso Joins HUNT Commercial Real Estate

HUNT Commercial recently welcomed Domenico “Nick” Giammusso as one of its new real estate professionals. Giammusso will be working out of the HUNT Buffalo/Niagara office, located in the historic Brisbane building in downtown Buffalo.

Before joining HUNT, Giammusso was involved in the entertainment business for over 35 years, including running and operating the Buffalo Memorial Auditorium in the late 80s and early 90s.  In 1993, Giammusso started VIPTIX.com, one of the first online ticket companies. He continues guiding and growing his event ticket business today as its President and Chief Executive Officer: building strategic relationships with concierge companies and corporate partners, developing business plans and sales strategies, and developing networks of travel agents throughout the United States and Canada.

A resident of Clarence, New York, Giammusso also owns Giammusso Development and took on a business development role at Picone Construction during the pandemic. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Real Estate Development at the University at Buffalo.

“Nick’s years of experience, business acumen, and stellar reputation throughout our region will serve him well as he transitions into commercial real estate,” said Robert McDonnell, Chief Operating Officer for HUNT Commercial. “Additionally, Nick’s client-oriented approach makes him someone people want to work with. We are lucky to have him.”

“As a people person and entrepreneur, I’m passionate about learning the commercial real estate industry and helping people with their real estate needs and goals,” said Giammusso. “Every person, business, and building has their own unique story, and as a part of the HUNT Commercial Real Estate team, I look forward to hearing my clients’ stories.”
